How can I shape my digital identity? Having explicit presence on relevant social networks. Coordinating such presence in a consistent and elegant manner. Taking part on relevant online conversations. Answering promptly to positive or negative comments
Should I have presence in all social networks? Not necessarily, it depends on your activity and profile. While there are some generic social networks – like Facebook – where having presence is a must, there are some others which are optional. We manage accounts on this social networks, amongst others: facebook, twitter, linkedin, slideshare, youtube, flickr and google plus. Also blogs.

What does a project look like? It typically takes 3 months. First month, to set up accounts, coordination mechanisms and communication processes. Second and third months to monitor and refine. After the the third month, project enters in monitoring mode.
What part will I do and what part will Espiti SM do for me? You will provide the content and information to be delivered across social networks. Espiti SM will provide the platform to make sure your Digital Identity is consistent, delivering your content in a coordinated and elegant manner.
Will all Digital Identities be managed the same way? Depending on your profile and activity, the scope of the project will be set and agreed. That will involve social networks to be considered and coordination mechanisms and processes. Basic Digital Identity types: Commercial brand or company, Professional and Public figure.

Terms and conditions
- You have two weeks since you hire the service to decide if you want to go ahead with the project or not. If no, we will give you a full refund.
- You can upgrade your service from Basic to Silver and to Gold at any point in the project – some rescheduling could apply.
- You always will be able to manage all your accounts in a normal and usual way.
- Most of the communication will be done through email and mainly during the first two or three weeks of the project.
- Project will start within five working days after initial and maintenance payments are confirmed by Paypal. You will be promptly notified of all relevant steps.
- If something goes wrong with Paypal or you prefer to use other means of payment, you can contact me on contact@espiti.com and we will try to sort it out.
- Maintenance of the first month is covered with the initial payment. It is required, at least, two months maintenance (second and third months). After that, you are free to cancel your Paypal subscription.
