This service makes Community Manager’s job much easier, doing automatically some of their boring and tedious tasks. Automatically but under tight control.
While it does not replace the Community Manager (CM), it allows a single person to manage more accounts and more projects in paralel.
Functions:
Functions for twitter accounts are as follows and, of course, all are optional you pick up those that fit into your account:
- Followers acquisition based on location, keywords, followers of other users, lists …
- Follow back, unfollow and welcome DM are managed automatically.
- Automated RTs of selected users.
- Customizable news channel (mentioning keywords but not competition, for instance) are published onto your twitter account periodically.
- Other RSS channels can be published as well to make the account more interesting.
If you also manage a Facebook page and a MySpace account, news channel can also be published on them. Google Plus is coming soon.
